What BEIM did

Health and safety support during the construction phase: review of contractors' risk assessments and method statements, site inductions, and monitoring of compliance with the site procedures, traffic management plan and waste management plan.

Coordination of site activities and interfaces between the client team, the main contractor and the trades, with updates issued after each visit.
- 03
Project management support to the client team on a visiting basis, with issues raised and tracked to close-out with the contractor.
