About the project

Project and site management support to the client and main contractor on the conversion of two office buildings into 74 residential apartments, covering progress reporting, coordination of site activities and health and safety compliance.

BEIM's scope

  • Project management support to the client team and the main contractor through the construction phase of the conversion.

  • Site management support, including coordination of trade activities across the two buildings and regular reporting of site progress.

  • Monitoring of health and safety compliance on site, with issues raised and tracked to close-out with the contractor.
