Coordinated information from design to handover.

BEIM provides building services design, BIM and CAD production, cost consultancy and project delivery support as one coordinated service. Designs are developed in Revit from verified site information, quantities are taken from the same models, and the team remains involved through construction, commissioning and handover.

This continuity means the drawings, the cost plan and the works on site are based on the same information and reviewed by the same team. For clients it means informed decisions, fewer interfaces to manage and a single point of accountability for the quality of the information behind their project.

Founder and director

Ilie Staver

Ilie founded BEIM Services after a career that began on site and progressed through BIM and design coordination, contracts management and site management on building-services and fit-out projects in London.

That route shapes how the practice treats design information: it exists to be built from, priced from and checked against. With around ten years of mechanical and electrical delivery experience, he leads BEIM's design coordination, cost consultancy and project delivery work for clients and contractors, and works in English and Romanian.
